Our Factories: Workers Matter, Every Step of the Way
Building personal relationships with each of our factories is important to us. Our CEO visits each factory 2-3 times a year and makes it a point to build strong bonds with the factory owners; they too are a part of the MATT & NAT family. We also have employed local managers who monitor our factories on a more frequent basic on our behalf to make ensure all operations are ethical. We make sure that while we provide you with a quality product, the conditions of the workers developing it are up to par with our standards. Audits are conducted twice a year to ensure there is no use of child labour, wages are fair and a clean workspace is offered to all of our workers. We are proud to say that one of our factories operates by the SA8000 standard, which ensures quality work conditions for all. We hope to make the latter a bigger part of our production in the future.
